Proud Moment
Utkarsh Sharma, a class XII student of Shishu Niketan Model Sr. Secondary school ,Sector-22D , Chandigarh, brought laurels to the school by becoming the State Topper in the National Standard Examination in Biology,2023 conducted by Tata Institute of Fundamental Research,Mumbai .
He has been placed among the Top 1% of 230 candidates of the state/ union territory of Chandigarh.
His remarkable achievements, have not only brought glory to the school but has also become a source of inspiration for future achievers.

Pranika of VII-C got 2nd prize in poem recitation and got Rs. 1500 cash prize.

Hasleen kaur of X-C got 1st prize in speech competition organized by Gurudwara Sahib, Sector 8, Chandigarh. She also got 3rd prize in quiz competition. She was awarded a cash prize of Rs 2500 & Rs 1000 respectively.

NCC Cadets of Shishu Niketan Model Sr. Sec. School Sector 22/D, Chandigarh brought laurels to their alma mater when out of a total of 5 scholarships awarded by “Cadet Welfare Societyâ€for the session 2018-19, 3 scholarships were bagged by the school students. The scholarships worth Rs. 6000/- each is awarded on the basis of academic as well as NCC performance throughout the session. The NCC cadets are Inderpreet Singh, Varun Kumar and Milan, all from class X. Ms. Amita Khorana, Principal of the school congratulated the students and the school ANO Chief Officer Mr. Shyam Singh for the achievement.
